DeNoise Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with denoise.uk (the “Website”) in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Website does not currently provide accounts, subscriptions or a server-side enquiry form. Selecting an email or enquiry link opens your own email application; any information you choose to send is processed as correspondence.
Our hosting and security provider may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring URL and security logs. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the Website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing and improving the Website, and responding to genuine business enquiries.

Technical and security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security and troubleshooting. Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to manage the conversation, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

We may use service providers for website hosting, security and email delivery, currently including Cloudflare and One.com. These providers may process data outside the UK under applicable safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted website connections, hosting security controls and restricted access to business communications. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your personal data; receive portable data; object to processing; and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
